WWE smackdown Highlights 2025 Finally Jacob Boss Solo Sikoa Returns But leave

Solo Sikoa has left the Bloodline, and plus, we’ve got a mega match confirmed for Jacob Fatu! It’s gonna be in the main event on Saturday night, where he’s set to face a monster. So, SmackDown just wrapped up, and what an episode it was! We saw Solo Sikoa left all alone in the ring without the Bloodline. On top of that, we witnessed a title defense in the main event, but the bigger news is about Rey Mysterio.

Hey guys, it's confirmed that Rey Mysterio is in the Royal Rumble! He's a hometown boy from San Diego, so you'll definitely hear the 619 chant. He says he's achieved some pretty big things in life, but this year he really wants to win the Royal Rumble again. Rey mentions that he won the Royal Rumble back in 2006, and he did it for a friend back then, which is something Eddie would be proud of. He says this year is going to be intense.

Rey Mysterio is saying that Roman Reigns is coming down, and even CM Punk is part of this, but they're about to repeat what happened in 2006 and win the Royal Rumble. Then we see Kevin Owens make his entrance. Owens comes in with his Eagle championship and says, "Rey, I sincerely respect you, and I want to say that I've accomplished a lot in my life and won many championships. I even have one resting on my shoulder, but I want to say that I've never had a one-on-one match against you."

"I didn’t fight, but I want to. So, I’ll tell you, Rey, if you don’t win, you better pick me. They say you’re not a champion, Owens, but if you win your match at the Royal Rumble, I’m definitely picking you. Then Owens shouts, 'I AM the champion!' and Rey responds, 'No, you’re not; you’re delusional! You remind me of my son, Dom.' That’s when Owens snaps, and they start going at it, with Rey Mysterio landing a shot and sending Owens out of the ring."

"After that, we see what happens backstage. Nick Ellis tells Rey that his wish has been granted: they've set up a match between him and Owens for the main event. Then Cody shows up and tells Rey that if he ever needs help, he’ll be in his corner. Cody adds that he couldn’t make it today because he had some work to take care of. Rey replies that it’s all good, he can handle Owens on his own. Then Cody heads out, and Nick Ellis asks him if he’s cleared. Cody says, 'Yeah, I’m good to go medically.'"

It's been cleared up that there's a good thing happening, so here, just sign this contract. It's for you and Kevin Owens. The girl says Kevin Owens will sign first, and then we get to see the first match of the night. Before the match with Bianca and Naomi, Bianca checks in with Naomi. She asks how she’s doing, and Naomi says there’s no update on her. So, I’m getting a bit suspicious about both of them. After that, we have a match between Kayce and Nia Jax, and it was good.

By mistake, Naya ended up dropping a like on her friend Candice's post and pinned it, so that's how this particular match wraps up. You could say Candice might be a bit upset about Naya's big blunder. Next week, we have Bailey's interview happening before the show, and she’s saying she’s going to be the champion today and that she’s going to beat Tiffany. She's like an old rice that always turns out better!

They had quite a showdown, and after that, we got to see a face-off between B Fab and Piper Neven. There was a lot of tension, and it felt like a mission. So, the match was set between B Fab and our own Piper. Then we saw Big Jim, who's part of the show, and he said, "Roman, my brother, is coming down for the Royal Rumble, and my other little brother is about to compete for the world title." And that's where Big Jim's journey begins.

Today, we're gonna miss out big time, just like Carmelo says, "Carmelo don't miss." And let me tell you, one brother's diving into the Rumble, while the other’s in the World Title picture. You’re facing me, saying you can do better, but you’re just sitting on the bench talking about making shots. You're just a shadow of them, and I gotta say, "Carmelo don't miss." So here’s the deal, they literally destroyed it on the mic, but Jimmy... well, you know.

Dude, Jimmy got so mad that he threw a caramel inside, and his glasses fell off! Then, Jimmy put on those glasses and pulled off this awesome move – it was hilarious! After that, the match kicked off, and honestly, I thought Carmelo Hayes would lose fast. But out of nowhere, he kicked out of a superkick! Things just got crazier from there. Jimmy ended up doing that spear move I've been seeing for the past couple of weeks, just like Roman Reigns. First, it was Jey who did it, and now...

Jimmy was doing his thing, and he managed to hit his splash, but then Jacob, who was standing in the corner, got involved. Tama Tonga launched an attack, and the match ended in a disqualification. After that, both sides started brawling, and they were throwing hip attacks left and right. Jimmy was left all alone since there was no other member of the Bloodline around. Meanwhile, we see Carmelo Hayes getting all excited and giving Jacob some high-fives, but Jacob ended up hitting him with a clothesline.

"Alright guys, so Big Jim's getting more beaten up, and it seems like he’s always getting taken down. Then, we get to see the entry of Solo Sikva. Solo's back, just like I told you, and he comes in wearing his classic red coat. So, he grabs the mic, and then there’s a commercial break. Even after the break, he looks a bit out of it. Solo can't say much; he just holds the mic and literally drops it. Yeah."

"Guys, Solo just dropped the mic, and after that, he left the ring. He totally ignored Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga, who were both stunned. Solo walked past the audience like it was nothing. Then Jacob Fatu started cutting a promo, saying he’s fed up with all the hate and how people are reacting. He just wanted to say he doesn’t give a damn about it. That’s what Jacob said."

The truth is, the scariest part of this whole situation is that I’m just getting started. And here, friends, they wrapped up the promo, and it was a pretty intense one. Yeah, Jacob Fato did what I told you he would do—he stepped in for Solo Sikoa. I mentioned that you could replace Solo with Jacob Fato because he’s bringing in a new theme today."

They even cut a promo instead of Solo, and then, at the end of this promo, we see Ale trying to attack these two from behind, but the attack fails because there are just two of them. After that, we see Braun Strowman's entrance. With Braun showing up, it creates a scenario that we saw a week ago—Jacob Fatu on one side and Braun Strowman on the other. Braun even ripped off his T-shirt, but before things could get heated, Tama Tonga pulled Jacob Fatu out of there.

After that, guys, the updates that come in are literally crazy! The announcers are saying that we’ve confirmed this particular match for the Saturday night main event. Yes, guys, Monster vs. Monster—Bronson is going to face Jacob Fatu in this Saturday night main event, and it’s going to be a huge match! The event is likely on the 25th. Now, moving on to the next segment, the next match we get to see is Los Gados vs. Motor Machine Guns, and in this match, we see that...

The members of Pretty Dali are trying to evolve, but their attack keeps failing. They were coming to take down MCM G, but instead, MCM G wins on the map against 200 T's and becomes the number one contender. This makes everyone backstage really mad at them. Meanwhile, the members of DIY are on Pretty Dali’s case, saying they did everything they could, but still lost. During all this, we get to see how MCM G won. DIY then leaves, but Apollo comes in and says, "See?"

"They're treating you like a dog, man. So, there's this thing where we see Apollo getting attacked by Johnny Gargano. Now, Apollo is evolving in this whole equation, and I think he could turn into a babyface in the future. After that, we see Kevin Owens getting approached. They give him a contract, and say that Cody told him to sign first, but Kevin Owens refuses and says he wants to see it first."

So, the code is going to sign here. The cool thing was that Kevin was getting his friends ready for the match, and he was wearing Rey Mysterio's Hall of Fame t-shirt. It was really awesome, guys! After that, we got to see Piper and Vin in our P-P-P match. It was a good match, but there was some interference from Chelsea, which allowed Piper to win. Then, Mish came in and tried to smash both of them with a stick, and Piper even landed a couple of shots on him. In the meantime, we...

People are watching the scene before the main event where Tiffany is getting ready, and she’s saying her promo stuff like "It's Tiffany time." Meanwhile, there's a nod to history with a mention of a Hall of Famer, Bob, who recently passed away. This guy had once done commentary at WrestleMania, so he’s got some respect. Now, we're seeing Kevin Owens in a match, and let me tell you, this match was pretty solid. Kevin Owens looked totally delusional out there.

Rey Mysterio got some serious support at San Diego, and let me tell you, the match was pretty decent too. There was this one spot where Stunner knocked Rey out, and it got crazy! Then Rey hit a 619, which was awesome. Rey climbs up, and then Kevin Owens accidentally or maybe on purpose shoves the referee into the ropes. The ropes hit Rey, and he falls into the corner, and then they hit him with a pop-up powerbomb. One, two!

The match ended with three winners, and then one of them tried to hit a pile driver, but it totally flopped when Cody came in to rescue. So, Mist and Cody ended up having a brawl, and somehow the officials managed to break it up. Backstage, Cody was furious and said something like, "I’m done with your nonsense. You’re nothing but a washed-up loser," and then he confirmed that on Saturday night, it’s going to be him versus Owens in the ring.

There will be a signing, and I won't be officiating it; that’ll be done by the Heartbreak Kid, our Shawn Michaels. So, Shawn Michaels will be getting these two to sign their contracts for the Saturday night main event. Also, Jacob Fatu from the Bloodline is confirmed for next week, and so is El Phantasmo versus Tama Tonga, along with MCMG versus Pretty Deadly. We’re gearing up for the main event of the evening, as Tiffany Stratton comes out to defend her title. But before that, we get a package for Charlotte Flair. Yes, guys, it’s the Queen’s debut package!

They had set up a screen there, and you can see Queen and her friends cruising around while Michael Cole's voice was heard saying "14-time champ." I've already told you that Charlotte Flair is number one in the women's division. And since this was shown before Tiffany's entrance, you know what I mean. Alright, let’s talk about the main event of the evening—the match between Tiffany and Bayley has kicked off, and the title is on the line. It was an absolutely great match, guys!

You get to see some interesting stuff, like how Bayley is out there facing off with Roxanne Perez. But when she gets in the ring, she just can't seem to get it together. Tiffany gets a clean victory here and really shows her skills, winning the match thanks to her impressive muscle work. Honestly, after this win, I'm pretty sure Tiffany has officially turned into a babyface. Otherwise, it would look like she was cheating! But nope, she beat Bayley fair and square.

"Title defense done, overall the SmackDown was pretty recent. The Bloodline stuff is really interesting to me. There were rumors that Solo might move to Raw and that the babyface friends have a chance. Jacob Fatu thinks he could be the new leader of this new Bloodline. Let’s see what happens next.
